The mgt for this property is a complete joke. There was a man on video going from the window to the door trying to break into my room. She herself stated my room hadn’t been rented in weeks therefore no reason why he should have been there. He repeatedly jerked on the door and banged on the window at 5 something in the am. She was more concerned with how it made her look then the security of her guests. As with any stay I clean and have all my own necessities to give housekeepers a break. Well as I exited my room maintenance guy that appears to have been up all night hollers across the hotel oh we coming in the room today and proceeds to bump me as he rushes by. From my understanding there is a rule in place that it is procedure after 7 days so had he been housekeeping I would better understand. But unless there was something in the room that required repairs “maintenance should not have been so persistent. Of course Sandy “mgt or lack there of apologizes in the most sarcastic way bc she knows they are wrong. If u enjoy harassing staff and bad mgt regardless of the DoNotDisturb sign (that they throw on the ground daily) then this is the perfect place to visit!
